A. Installation

Secure the sensor using the threaded holes or mounting surface on the housing, ensuring a firm and vibration-free installation.

Ensure the force and torque axes are correctly aligned with the direction of operation.

Connect the sensor to the robot system or test fixture using standard mechanical interfaces.

B. Signal Connection

Use the dedicated communication cable to connect the sensor to a data acquisition system, computer, or PLC.

Configure initial measurement parameters such as zero offset, gain, and measurement range.

C. Operation

When force or torque is applied to the sensor, the output signal will change linearly according to the applied load.

D. Maintenance

Clean the sensor with a dry cloth after each use; avoid direct contact with water or oil.
